We aim to
provide Music4all by opening up the possibilities for all learners.
Our main focus at
music4all is on teaching and providing a meaningful and relevant
musical experience
We aim to teach at all
levels and in  We believe that it is important to learn
from experienced performers and to learn how to perform music,
rather than just how to play music.
All lessons are  and
are aimed at developing the skills that the learner needs to achieve
their goals.
We only work with teachers who are experienced and motivated. We pay
teachers their usual rate in recognition of the standards expected. In
this way, we ensure that only  are
recruited.
Lessons are monitored
for  and we aim to have a common standard and
approach to teaching music. This is done using lesson cards that are
submitted each month by the teacher and that show the progress being
made.
These are also used to provide  for the
student and to reward excellent progress with prizes that are
relevant to the student.
Students have an extra
point of contact to music4all and can email at any time should
problems arise.
We aim to have an
environment that give support to students outside the lesson. This
means that you have a  to discuss any needs that
arise. If you are a complete beginner, advice can be given on a
suitable instrument before starting lessons..
It is hoped that we
will be able to help with instrument selection and to organise
 to reduce the cost of purchase and to negotiate a
discount for our students from some music shops in the future. The
more pupils sign up with us, the more we can negotiate on their
behalf.
We aim
to provide  and courses to provide opportunities for
students to perform the skills and pieces they have learned during
the year in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
Music4all
learners will also be eligible for a  and the prizes
and rewards given during the year may well be linked to these summer
schools, e.g.  on the Summer School.
